Everything in our catalog and on our website is unconditionally guaranteed. To return any item, ship it back to us via insured mail or UPS. We will gladly refund the cost of the item. Please fill out the return information on the packing slip and include it in your package. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or new item, please send it to us as requested above and we will pay the freight back to you on the exchange.
